Return/Exchange Instructions

All Simone France products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at www.simonefrance.com you may return or exchange within 30 days of your shipment receipt date.

Before you decide to return, consider exchanging for a more suitable product. We will work individually with you to find the right products for your skin.

Please make sure you follow the steps below exactly for a successful return or exchange:

Contact us and tell us your name, your invoice number, which products you are returning or exchanging, and why. For instance, if a moisturizer is too rich for your skin, you may want to exchange it for a lighter one. Or, you may simply just want to return an item for a refund. We'll give you the address to send us the unwanted product.

Customers pay for return/exchange shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Returns will be processed and approved, credits (not including shipping) issued within five business days of receipt. 

Exchanges will be processed, and replacement products shipped, as soon as we receive your return.
